Although the business area accompanying the main M & A advisory business ranges from funding procurement support, stock price calculation, marketing support, etc., there are many projects that other companies cannot deal with, and there are many very unusual consultations. Areas we handle range from not only Japan but also Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, but we plan to continue to provide services regardless of the size of the project.

Especially in recent years, Japan's economic loss due to companies that are unable to survive is said to approach 22 trillion yen, which is obviously a huge social problem. For this reason, we believe that promoting M & A and taking various measures to keep a business going will make a very meaningful impact on our society, and we also feel that this is a huge responsibility.There are many companies that have business succession issues due to a lack of successors, and it is also true that there are companies that have ample funds that want to buy these companies. In the city center of Japan, many companies are looking for investment targets because they can let their funds rest, and in rural areas there are many people who are forced to go out of business as they are unable to find a successor. It is really a waste to lose the technology, tradition and history that have been cultivated so far. Although I cannot say that M & A is necessarily the best solution for these issues, we thoroughly inspect with our professional eyes and present the best solution for our clients. Also, I think that it is important that the solution also benefits the people who work there, the business partners, and society as well. I think that the leaders we deal with each day are people who have a great centripetal force. This is probably because such power is needed to move an organization.Currently we are primarily engaged in activities to support management, but I am thinking that I can do something more challenging by taking advantage of each of these people's strong centripetal force.In fact, I am thinking that I would like to do business development with the theme of food in the future, and I hope to take advantage of the network I have accumulated so far, to explore various forms of business in the fields of food and health, both of which I have been interested in from before. Wouldn't it be a really interesting business if we can add value to it by combining the buried technologies and services well?

For example, some clients have refrigeration technology which does not degrade the taste quality. Having good marketing but poor technology, or having technology but no sales channels - these clients have various issues. I would like to continue to help companies create new value while matching their strengths and weaknesses.
